Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and professional networks
- Build relationships with doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and healthcare executives
- Qualify prospective clients using TCA's structured qualification process
- Schedule paid Diagnostic consultations for interested professionals
- Build referral relationships with healthcare recruiters, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and professional associations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
- Follow approved communication standards and represent The Career Architects professionally
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, HR, sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Professional written and spoken English
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business
- Self motivated with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
