The Career Architects is looking for a freelance Business Development Executive to expand their client network among healthcare professionals in the GCC. You will engage prospects via LinkedIn and social media, qualify leads, and schedule paid consultations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and professional networks
- Build relationships with doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and healthcare executives
- Qualify prospective clients using TCA's structured qualification process
- Schedule paid Diagnostic consultations for interested professionals
- Build referral relationships with healthcare recruiters, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and professional associations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates
- Follow approved communication standards and represent The Career Architects professionally
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, HR, sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Professional written and spoken English
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business
- Self motivated with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

About the Opportunity
- The Career Architects is a UAE based healthcare career advisory firm dedicated to helping healthcare professionals navigate licensing pathways, career transitions, executive positioning, and professional development across the GCC.
- We are looking for a proactive and relationship driven Business Development Executive to expand our client network and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals across the GCC.
- This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, sales, HR, talent acquisition, or client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and professional networks.
