About the Opportunity

  • The Career Architects is a UAE based healthcare career advisory firm dedicated to helping healthcare professionals navigate licensing pathways, career transitions, executive positioning, and professional development across the GCC.
  • We are looking for a proactive and relationship driven Business Development Executive to expand our client network and build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals across the GCC.
  • This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, sales, HR, talent acquisition, or client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and professional networks.
  • Build relationships with doctors, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and healthcare executives.
  • Qualify prospective clients using TCA's structured qualification process.
  • Schedule paid Diagnostic consultations for interested professionals.
  • Build referral relationships with healthcare recruiters, hospitals, clinics, educational institutions, and professional associations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
  • Follow approved communication standards and represent The Career Architects professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare recruitment, business development, HR, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Self motivated with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
