Responsibilities
- Interact with Design and Factory teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Promote company sales products.
- Co ordinate with Factory team on daily basis on production process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Co ordinate with design team for concepts, drawings and BOQ.
- Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
- Identify customer issues/barriers and ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
- Prepare and review quotation /BOQs/specs/sales orders for accuracy.
- Receive inquiries and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend and follow up on customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect payments within the payment period.
- Increase the sales and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, or any relevant degree.
- Minimum 1 2 years of similar experience in furniture and fit out.
- Experience in Furniture Bespoke Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Candidate should be able to generate new business and sales as well as increase the existing business.
- MS Office, ERP.
- Car and valid UAE driving license is a must.
