Responsibilities
- Actively identify, target, and source new FIT (Free Independent Travelers / Luxury Leisure Clients) prospects
- Identify and secure corporate accounts and GIT (Group Inclusive Tour / Group Travel) clients
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry connections
- Pitch travel solutions and custom packages to prospective corporate and individual clients
- Understand client travel requirements and collaborate with operations team to deliver winning proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business
Requirements
- Proven track record in travel sales, tourism business development, or similar revenue generating role
- Experience or strong understanding of handling FIT and GIT portfolios
- Prior experience in selling or organizing MICE experiences is highly desirable
- Self motivated, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network of potential corporate or leisure travel buyers

Position Overview
- On behalf of our client, we are seeking a results driven, highly motivated freelance Business Development Executive to expand their client portfolio.
- This role focuses purely on generating new business, sourcing high value travel clients, and driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify, target, and source new FIT (Free Independent Travelers / Luxury Leisure Clients) prospects.
