Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team on a freelance basis.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and securing suitable locations for our kiosks within the Abu Dhabi food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Location Scouting: Conduct thorough research to identify prime locations for our kiosks, considering factors such as foot traffic, demographics, and competition.
- Landlord Negotiations: Engage with landlords and relevant authorities to negotiate favorable lease terms and obtain necessary approvals for kiosk setup.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential landlords and stakeholders within the industry.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to ensure strategic decision making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the food and beverage industry in Abu Dhabi.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities.
- In depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and local regulations.

Compensation
- Commission based compensation based on successful kiosk placements.
- Pay: AED 5,000 AED 10,000 per month
