- Develop integrated strategies that combine company events, exhibitions, and advertising campaigns to support commercial objectives and brand growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across all three channels to expand market reach and generate sustainable revenue
- Build strong partnerships with event organizers, exhibition venues, and advertising platforms to improve campaign delivery and market presence
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and consistent messaging across every initiative
- Manage budgets carefully and track ROI for integrated campaigns to support efficient spending and informed decision making
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities, refine positioning, and improve campaign effectiveness
- Present proposals, progress updates, and performance reports to senior management with clear recommendations and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in business development, preferably within events, exhibitions, advertising, or a related commercial environment
- Knowledge of events, exhibitions, and advertising, including campaign planning, coordination, and channel integration
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals, manage client expectations, and build productive partnerships
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, generating leads, and contributing to revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Local market knowledge with an understanding of regional business practices, customer needs, and industry trends
