Role Overview
The role allocates approximately 60% of its work to sales, 20% to marketing, and 20% to administrative activities.
The position combines business development for ERP solutions with marketing and operational coordination.
Sales Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and develop a healthy sales funnel.
- Understand business requirements and provide solutions with Odoo ERP.
- Attend customer calls and meetings and provide suitable quotations.
- Support technical teams with quotations and proposals based on customer requirements and site surveys.
- Close deals, bill customers for completed works, and follow up on payment collection.
- Manage sales through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, live conversations, and partnerships.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop the company services portfolio and profile.
- Set product and service list prices, discounts, and sales periods.
- Manage website, social media, electronic, and conventional marketing channels.
- Update and maintain website and social media content.
