Business Development Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and enrollment targets.
• Conduct counseling sessions by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Provide information about course fees, documentation, and admission procedures.
• Build student relationships to support higher conversion rates.
• Coordinate with admissions, operations, and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.

• Candidates must understand student requirements and offer solutions.

Compensation

• The role pays AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
• The job type is permanent.
