- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales, field visits, client meetings, and networking
- Map the market, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/sales reports regularly
