Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Identify and approach potential clients across various industries in the UAE
- Schedule and attend meetings with business owners and key decision makers
- Present company services and explain the value of audit, accounting, tax, and compliance solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and sales activities
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales or business development experience
- Experience in Audit, Accounting, Tax, Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or B2B Services is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
