Lead Generation & Owner Acquisition
- Identify apartment and villa owners for short-term rental opportunities
- Generate qualified leads through social media, referrals, brokers, and networking
- Contact property owners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
- Build partnerships with real estate agents and property investors
Sales & Business Growth
- Present holiday home management services to potential owners
- Explain revenue potential, occupancy rates, and ROI benefits
- Convert leads into signed management agreements
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
- Track monthly targets, conversions, and revenue growth
- Prepare business development reports for management
- Negotiate commercial terms and onboarding processes
Networking & Field Activities
- Attend real estate events and property exhibitions
- Conduct field visits to apartments, buildings, and communities
- Develop local market connections for future inventory growth
Key Skills Required
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Communication and relationship-building
- Knowledge of Dubai holiday home market
- Lead generation and closing ability
- Digital marketing understanding
- CRM and reporting skills
- Strong networking ability
- UAE driving holder would be preferred
- Prior Holiday Homes 2-3 years of experience
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
