- Drive new business opportunities and expand the firm’s investment pipeline.
- Research prospective companies and markets, generate qualified leads, and initiate outreach to founders, executives, and advisors.
- Manage and nurture relationships, coordinate introductory calls and meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with investment and leadership teams to qualify opportunities, prepare summaries and materials, and support strategic business development initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, attend virtual events when needed, and continuously refine outreach strategies to meet growth targets.
Requirements
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of building and managing a healthy pipeline.
- Business acumen and account management abilities, including understanding of company financials, growth drivers, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, corporate development, or B2B business development is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast paced environment, with strong organization, time management, and self motivation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- High ethical standards, collaborative mindset, and commitment to fostering inclusive and respectful professional interactions.
