About the Role
vivo Middle East is hiring a Business Operations Executive to manage order processing, data analysis, reporting, and system administration. The role requires advanced Excel skills and at least 1 year of experience in electronics or business operations.

Responsibilities
- Process FD and EC orders accurately and within deadlines
- Update the ST system for all countries on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain monthly UAE sales policies and communicate updates to the sales team
- Update employee and store information in internal systems
- Manage business devices and testing devices, ensuring accurate inventory records and weekly reporting
- Prepare monthly sales target templates and consolidate target files
- Provide target achievement data for incentive calculations
- Generate sales reports, PSI reports, stock reports, dealer reports, ASP analysis, and sales activation reports
- Monitor new product launches and End of Life (EOL) product performance
- Complete monthly rebate calculations and payment processing
- Process Credit Notes (CN) and maintain tracking records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the electronics industry or a similar business operations role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High attention to detail

About the Role
