- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Generate and nurture leads, conduct client meetings and presentations

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with advisory, tax, and finance teams to tailor solutions

Requirements
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Business and Account Management capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or related professional services is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Comfort working with CRM and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and regulatory environment is a plus

Role Description
