Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry in the UAE market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our interior design projects.

• Identify and generate new business leads in the residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to expand business connections.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
