Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase clinic revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, hotels, gyms, salons, wellness centers, and other referral partners
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral programs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the clinic at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 3 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Strong networking and relationship building abilities.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
