Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Nurture relationships with prospective and existing members
- Drive growth of the Dubai BIGS membership ecosystem
- Lead generation, outbound and inbound outreach, preparing and delivering presentations, managing a pipeline of prospects
- Coordinate tailored introductions and network pairings
- Collaborate with events and operations teams to support member engagement
Requirements
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Solid Business and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within membership communities, sports, hospitality, or professional services is beneficial
- Fluency in English is required

Role Description
- The Business Development Executive role is a full time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing members, and driving growth of the Dubai
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle memberships, build long term relationships, and support client retention and satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within membership communities, sports, hospitality, or professional services is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to work effectively in a trust based, relationship driven environment are important.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic productivity software is expected.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages and prior experience in Dubai or the wider GCC region are advantageous.
