Responsibilities
- Build and manage long term relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions in VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, and ESG services
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to offer strategic insights and value added services
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and identify upsell opportunities
- Support business growth by nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones through referrals and networks
Requirements
- 2 5 years of proven experience in B2B relationship management or consultative sales, preferably in professional or consulting services
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a solution driven approach
- Self motivated, target oriented, and proactive in maintaining client relationships
- Prior experience or understanding of VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, or ESG services is a strong advantage

Job Overview
