Business Development Manager

  • Terra Porta Doors & Windows (subsidiary of Murad Metal) is looking for an experienced, highly connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the UAE’s luxury residential and construction market.
  • We specialise in bespoke architectural door and window solutions, including slim minimal sliding systems, oversized aluminium pivot doors, thermally broken windows and doors, concealed doors and custom aluminium and glass systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through an existing network of architects, consultants, developers, main contractors, fit out companies, villa contractors and interior designers.
  • Build Terra Porta’s presence within the luxury villa, high end residential and hospitality sectors.
  • Present our slim sliding, pivot door and architectural aluminium systems to clients and project stakeholders.
  • Arrange product presentations, showroom meetings and architect focused lunch and learn sessions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate quotations with the estimation, design and technical teams.
  • Follow opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, contract award and handover.
  • Develop long term relationships with key decision makers and repeat clients.
  • Maintain an active and measurable sales pipeline.
  • Represent Terra Porta at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.

Required Experience

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven UAE sales or business development experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium and glass systems.
  • Specific experience with slim minimal sliding windows, aluminium pivot doors, façades or high end architectural glazing is highly preferred.
  • An established network of architects, consultants, developers, contractors and luxury residential clients.
  • Demonstrable history of achieving sales targets and securing construction projects.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently discuss system performance, glass specifications, finishes, drawings and installation requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially driven, proactive and capable of independently developing new business.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are strongly preferred.
