- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client needs
- Nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, support account handovers, maintain accurate sales records
- Report on performance and opportunities to leadership

- Skills in Lead Generation to research markets, qualify prospects, and initiate contact through multiple outreach channels
- Strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain professional client interactions
- Account Management skills to support onboarding of new clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing service
- 2 4 years of experience in Middle East
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description

Qualifications

- Account Management skills to support onboarding of new clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing service.
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software, are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, collaborate in a team setting, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- 2 4 years of experience in Middle East is mandatory.
