Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends within the inspection and engineering services field
- Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to identify unique selling points and strategic growth opportunities
- Identify and qualify new business leads to expand the client base
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and track progress through each stage of the sales process
- Develop strong, long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare and present customized business proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client specifications and budget
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify upselling or cross selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build industry contacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in inspection, engineering services, or related industries
- Strong knowledge of inspection, engineering, and quality assurance services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Job Description
- The Business Development Executive for Inspection and Engineering Services will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the inspection, quality assurance, and engineering services sector.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
