About the Role
HYCM is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate and convert client leads for Forex, CFDs, and other trading products. The role involves outbound sales, client consultations, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new client leads through outbound sales activities, referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Promote the company's Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Indices, Stocks, and Crypto trading products
- Conduct consultations and presentations to prospective clients regarding trading platforms, account types, and investment opportunities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to enhance engagement and retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly funded account, trading volume, and revenue targets
- Follow up with leads promptly and manage the sales pipeline effectively through CRM systems
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC procedures
- Collaborate with the dealing, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance client experience
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and business development updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, Banking, or Investment sectors
- Strong understanding of financial markets and online trading products
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment
