- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and business development activities
- Schedule and lead meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs
- Present GLMA Agency’s services and solutions professionally and confidently
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers, and follow up until closing
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, production, and digital teams to develop tailored solutions
- Build long term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular follow ups
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within a marketing, branding, digital, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, website development, social media, production, and creative services
- Successful track record of generating leads and closing new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and highly organized
- Professional English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities
