Red Learning is seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive in Dubai to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for training and certification programs.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients
- Present course offerings and prepare proposals
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Track market trends and participate in networking events
- Provide input on sales strategies and promotional activities
Requirements
- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Business and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or professional services
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and secure new clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, support renewals, and drive long term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct presentations, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or professional services.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a goal oriented and self motivated approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
