We are hiring a **Business Development Executive**.
This role includes both **indoor office work** (calls, proposals, coordination) and **outdoor activities** (client visits, field meetings, and market outreach).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and explain banking‑related services to clients
- Conduct indoor tasks: calling, follow‑ups, proposal preparation
- Conduct outdoor tasks: client meetings, field visits, networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for service processing
Requirements
- Experience in **banking services, sales, or business development** (preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and target‑driven
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
