ASK Real Estate is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to build the client base and promote valuation services across Dubai and the UAE. The role involves identifying and winning new valuation mandates from banks, developers, and corporates.

Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients including banks, developers, REITs, insurance companies, family offices, and corporates
- Build and manage a pipeline of BD opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, industry events, and referral partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers
- Present ASK’s capabilities and service offerings to prospective clients
- Secure panel appointments with UAE banks and financial institutions for mortgage and collateral valuations
- Establish referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, Golden Visa centres, law firms, audit firms and property management companies
- Prepare and submit RFPs, EOIs, and fee proposals
- Represent ASK at industry conferences, RICS events, real estate exhibitions, and networking functions
- Track and report BD activity, pipeline status and conversion metrics on a weekly basis
- Distribute quarterly market reports and thought leadership content
Requirements
- 3 5 years of business development or sales experience in UAE real estate, banking, or professional services
- Existing network of contacts in UAE banks, developers, or corporate real estate
- Understanding of property valuation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Proven track record of winning new business and meeting revenue targets
- Self motivated, target driven personality comfortable with cold outreach
- Valid UAE driving licence

The Role
- You will be the front line of our growth in Dubai — identifying, pursuing, and winning new valuation mandates from banks, developers, corporates, mortgage brokers, and institutional investors.
- This is a hunter role with a clear mandate: open doors, build relationships and convert opportunities into recurring valuation revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective clients including banks (mortgage & collateral valuations), developers, REITs, insurance companies, family offices, and corporates with investment properties.
- Build and manage a pipeline of BD opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, industry events, and referral partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers: CFOs, Heads of Real Estate, Compliance Officers, Mortgage Heads, Relationship Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Present ASK’s capabilities, quarterly market reports and service offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Secure panel appointments with UAE banks and financial institutions for mortgage and collateral valuations.
- Establish referral partnerships with mortgage brokers, Golden Visa centres, law firms, audit firms and property management companies.
- Prepare and submit RFPs, EOIs, and fee proposals in coordination with the valuation team.
- Represent ASK at industry conferences, RICS events, real estate exhibitions, and networking functions.

Must Have
- 3 5 years of business development or sales experience in UAE real estate, banking, or professional services.
- Existing network of contacts in UAE banks, developers, or corporate real estate.
- Understanding of property valuation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven track record of winning new business and meeting revenue targets.
- Self motivated, target driven personality comfortable with cold outreach.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Nice to Have
- Background in property valuation, surveying, or real estate advisory.
- RICS, IVSC, or similar professional qualification.
- Experience selling professional services to banks or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and RERA regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
