Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SME and mid market prospects across Dubai/UAE
- Identify decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, IT Heads) and engage directly
- Conduct discovery calls and on site/virtual demos for Odoo ERP and custom software
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI cases, and implementation roadmaps
- Negotiate and close deals with full accountability for revenue targets
- Build relationships with prospects in target industries
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups in the UAE
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope requirements and finalize proposals
Requirements
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in IT, ERP, SaaS, or software
- Proven track record of closing deals
- Existing network of UAE business owners, decision makers, or industry contacts
- Strong outbound sales skills (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting)
- Based in Dubai
- UAE driving licence
- Prior exposure to ERP products (Odoo)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Understanding of manufacturing, real estate, or trading sector operations in UAE

Role Overview
- We are looking for a sharp, self driven Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closed deal.
- You will be our boots on the ground in Dubai, hunting new business across key UAE industries, positioning Odoo ERP and custom software as the solution to real operational pain.
- This is a frontline revenue role. You will be expected to hustle, build a pipeline from scratch, and convert prospects into long term clients.
Key Responsibilities Pipeline & Prospecting
- Own outbound prospecting cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of SME and mid market prospects across Dubai/UAE
- Identify decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, Operations Directors, IT Heads) and engage directly
- Leverage your existing UAE business network to generate early opportunities
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery calls and on site/virtual demos for Odoo ERP and custom software
- Understand client pain points and map them to Savvy's product and service offerings
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI cases, and implementation roadmaps
- Negotiate and close deals with full accountability for revenue targets
Key Responsibilities Client & Market Development
- Build relationships with prospects in Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Retail & Distribution, and Professional Services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetups in the UAE
- Maintain accurate records in CRM pipeline stages, notes, follow ups, forecasts
- Collaborate with the technical team to scope requirements and finalize proposals
Must Have Requirements
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE IT, ERP, SaaS, or software preferred
- Proven track record of closing deals not just generating leads
- Existing network of UAE business owners, decision makers, or industry contacts
- Strong outbound sales skills cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn prospecting
- Based in Dubai
- UAE driving licence
Preferred Requirements
- Prior exposure to ERP products (Odoo)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Understanding of manufacturing, real estate, or trading sector operations in UAE
- Experience selling to SMEs in the UAE/GCC market
