Role Description

  • The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on site position based in Doha.
  • The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, generating leads, conducting meetings and negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • The Business Development Executive will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.
  • The role also involves representing the company at industry events, contributing to marketing and outreach efforts, and supporting continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management within outsourcing, offshoring, or related service industries.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities in regional and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in creating persuasive proposals and business documents.
  • Comfort working on site in Doha, collaborating with cross functional teams, and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and common office productivity tools; prior experience using sales and pipeline management software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrate professional integrity, and adapt to evolving client and market needs.
