About the Role
telKosh | Global Communications is hiring a Business Development Executive for an on-site role in Lagos to grow its MVAS and bulk SMS portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting, client meetings, sales presentations, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow MVAS and bulk SMS portfolio
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels
- Conduct client meetings, deliver sales presentations and product demos
- Prepare proposals and quotations
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to drive upsell and cross sell
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align client requirements and ensure service quality
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements
- Proven New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business acumen with ability to understand MVAS, bulk SMS, and conversational AI solutions
- Effective Communication skills including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in Account Management with focus on client retention and revenue growth
- Prior experience in telecom, MVAS, SaaS, or related technology/services sales highly beneficial
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Self motivated, target oriented professional able to work on site with cross functional teams
- Minimum 1 year of experience
