Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Business Development Executive to bring new construction projects, contracts, and subcontracting opportunities to the company.
The role focuses on business development and sales across the Saudi construction market.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit major construction companies, contractors, developers, and project sites.
- Identify new projects and subcontracting opportunities.
- Build relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate RFQs and RFPs and coordinate quotations with the internal team.
- Follow up on proposals and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Maintain and develop a strong client network in the Saudi construction market.
Requirements
- Construction sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi construction market.
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
- Must speak English and Arabic.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Existing contacts with contractors or developers are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to regularly visit companies and project sites.
Compensation
- Compensation consists of a competitive salary plus commission and incentives.
Work Pattern
- Regular visits to companies and project sites are required, making field work central to the role.
