Role description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong client pipeline.
Core responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and present service offerings.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Manage and grow key accounts.
- Maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Conduct market research and networking activities.
- Attend industry events.
- Report on business development activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead-generation skills are required.
- The candidate must understand business principles and demonstrate commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills are required for presenting solutions, negotiating, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in account management and client relationship nurturing is required.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets is required.
- The candidate must be able to work on-site in Dubai and engage in regular client-facing activities.
