Role Overview

  • We are seeking an ambitious and results driven Business Development Executive – Business Setup Services (UAE) to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in establishing and growing their businesses in the UAE, with a focus on tourism related and service oriented sectors.
  • This role requires proactive lead generation, relationship building, sales pipeline management, and the ability to convert opportunities into long term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for UAE company formation and business setup services.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities and manage inbound inquiries.
  • Present and promote OutMazed® Tourism's business setup solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, SMEs, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams for seamless onboarding and client handover.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation within a B2B environment.
  • Strong Business Development and Account Management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in UAE Business Setup, Company Formation, Corporate Services, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation regulations is an advantage.
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industries within the GCC or wider MEA region is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
