Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector, with a focus on government and enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets by driving revenue growth across assigned accounts and sectors.

• Bid & Proposal Management

  • Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, proposal preparation, compliance checks, and submission.
  • Coordinate with technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals.
  • Develop compelling executive summaries, solution overviews, and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and governance for tender submissions.
  • Ensure proposals align with company standards, pricing strategies, and contractual obligations.

• Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, presales, finance, and legal teams to finalize commercial and technical submissions.
  • Provide regular pipeline reports, forecasts, and bid status updates to senior management.
  • Represent Alpha Data at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Managed Services).
  • Demonstrated success in preparing and managing complex IT proposals and tenders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and proposal automation platforms is a plus.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Languages

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken) mandatory.
