About the role
Acamind Academy is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive.
The role focuses on generating new business, acquiring corporate and individual clients, building partnerships, and increasing revenue.
The successful candidate must independently find opportunities, approach decision-makers, present training solutions, negotiate, and convert prospects.
Employment and workplace
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, with Karama preferred.
- Work is performed in person.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Approach companies, HR teams, business owners, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Develop B2B and corporate training opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings and recommend suitable training courses or customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up until closure.
- Build sales pipelines, maintain client relationships, and develop partnerships.
- Track leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue targets.
