We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive for interior fit-out projects. You will generate leads, acquire clients, prepare BOQs, and coordinate project execution.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored interior solutions
- Build strong relationships with real estate agents and property handover teams
- Prepare quotations and BOQs in coordination with the design and execution teams
- Convert leads into projects while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Supervise ongoing projects and act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within the interior design and fit out industry
- Hands on experience in kitchen and wardrobe solutions is mandatory
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and convert inquiries into successful projects
- Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and project costing
- Ability to coordinate and supervise project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of building long term client relationships
