Business Development Executive (BDE)

NxEev Technologies is looking for a Sales Executive / BDE to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with potential customers.

The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, sales conversion, and relationship management, along with supporting field sales activities when required.

Generate leads through calling, references, and other sales channels.

Contact potential customers and explain company products and services.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Identify new business opportunities and generate sales.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Prepare daily sales and activity reports.

Support inside sales and field sales activities when required.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Confident in customer interaction and sales conversations.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Candidates from Mumbai are preferred.

Western Line candidates are preferred.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Candidates willing to work in both inside and field sales are preferred.

Pay: ₹11,593.48 - ₹20,979.59 per month
