- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to introduce company and services
- Understand client needs and provide tailored tax and financial solutions
- Proactively generate own leads to meet KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal team to create and present customized proposals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development (B2B), preferably within tax consultancy, financial services, legal services, or other professional service industries
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools
- Valid driving license

- Driving License is must.
