Role Overview
Support the company's existing Middle East client base as a bilingual Business and Sales Assistant.
Coordinate information technology equipment and service businesses, including computers, monitors, storage devices, data tapes, and printers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication with existing Middle East clients about IT equipment and services.
- Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and service follow-ups.
- Support sales operations, documentation, quotations, and project coordination.
- Collect and organize customer feedback, market trends, and product requirements.
- Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
- Business or sales experience is preferred.
- A background in IT, computing, or office equipment is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Be responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
