- Maintain accurate records of leads, partners, and clients within the CRM system

Role Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team.
- This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and financial markets.
- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and building long term relationships across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing markets and client base, promote our trading solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and affiliates
- Conduct high volume outbound calls and follow ups to generate new business opportunities
- Identify client trading needs and propose suitable brokerage services, platforms, and solutions
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition, products, trading conditions, platforms, and partnership programs
- Research sales and growth opportunities within target markets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partners, and clients within the CRM system
Key Requirements
- Native level Arabic and professional English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Entry level candidates with a passion for sales and financial markets are encouraged to apply
- Persistence and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client engagement skills
- Organized, self motivated, and adaptable in a multicultural work setting
- Basic financial markets knowledge in FX, Stocks, Commodities
