Your Role

  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and converting prospects into long term clients.
  • This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys meeting business owners, networking and building lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and relationship building.
  • Meet business owners and decision makers to understand their business needs.
  • Present Vertex Consulting's Accounting, Tax, Audit, Advisory and Business Setup services.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build long term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation within a professional services firm (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Consulting, Business Setup, Banking, or related industries).
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred.
  • Existing professional network within the UAE business community will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven and proactive.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
