About the Role
Vertex Consulting seeks a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in their Dubai office. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell accounting, tax, audit, and business setup services to startups and SMEs.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach and relationship building
- Meet business owners and decision makers to understand their business needs
- Present Vertex Consulting's Accounting, Tax, Audit, Advisory and Business Setup services
- Prepare and follow up on proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Build long term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing and service delivery teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation within a professional services firm (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Consulting, Business Setup, Banking, or related industries)
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into paying clients
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self motivated, target driven and proactive
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required
