Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events across the UAE when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relations, or similar role
- Experience in Fire Safety, Marine, Industrial, MEP, or Engineering sector is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
