  • Mile Studios is an independent production and post production facility with locations in Dubai, UAE, and Kochi, India, delivering full service creative solutions across film, video, animation, documentaries, corporate content, TV shows, online media, and design.

Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Business Development Executive & Executive Assistant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, assist MD and support the expansion of Mile Studios’ client portfolio across sectors.
  • Daily responsibilities include lead generation, qualifying prospects, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with production and creative teams to align offerings with client needs, and managing accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, scheduling client meetings and industry events, and contributing to revenue growth and long term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
  • Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships, manage projects, and support long term partnerships.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Experience in media, production, advertising, or creative industries is highly beneficial.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on site, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet deadlines and sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or similar productivity software.
  • Daily assistance to Managing Director in the capacity of an Executive Assistant
