- Present and explain our customizable healthcare software solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, calls, product demos, and follow ups
- Close sales deals and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Sales (Healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and close deals
- Self motivated and target oriented mindset
- Candidates with existing healthcare contacts will be preferred

Job Description
- We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote and sell our healthcare software solutions across the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and closing sales.
- This role is 100% commission based and best suited for self driven sales professionals who want high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, medical centers, labs, etc.) in the UAE
- Present and explain our customizable healthcare software solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct meetings, calls, product demos, and follow ups
- Close sales deals and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Commission Structure
- 10% commission on every successful client closure
- No fixed salary – high commission based earning opportunity
- No earning limit
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Sales (Healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and close deals
