Forward Consultants DMCC seeks a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, hospitality, construction, and corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors including real estate, hospitality, construction, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and present proposals, pitches, and commercial offerings tailored to client needs
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with capabilities
- Represent Nexera at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new revenue streams
- Report on pipeline, targets, and performance on a regular basis to the CEO
