Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clients seeking company formation, licensing, visa, and PRO services
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely service delivery, and effective follow up on all client requirements
Requirements
- Freshers / Own Visa / Dependent visa are preferred
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of business setup and company formation processes, especially within the UAE market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic or Hindi/Urdu) are beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Business Development Executive role based in the United Arab Emirates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on clients seeking company formation, licensing, visa, and PRO services.
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely service delivery, and effective follow up on all client requirements.
Qualifications
- Freshers / Own Visa / Dependent visa are preferred.
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of business setup and company formation processes, especially within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining client relationships and identifying upsell or cross sell opportunities.
- Previous experience in business services, consulting, or similar sectors; knowledge of UAE licensing, visa, or PRO services is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) for tracking leads and reporting.
