About the Client
The client is a real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai.
Job Description
- Generate and convert new business opportunities for Total FM, MEP and hard services, cleaning, and soft services.
- Target developers, owners' associations, and commercial and residential portfolios across the UAE.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract award, including client meetings, site visits, CRM reporting, and target achievement.
- Identify and track tenders and RFPs and coordinate technical and commercial proposal preparation with operations.
- Build relationships with facilities management, procurement, and property decision-makers.
- Identify contract renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and market developments.
