The team manages partnership opportunities and student and institutional inquiries while supporting academic and career pathways.
Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role develops partnership opportunities with schools, universities, and education agents across the GCC.
The role includes lead generation, meetings, presentations, account management, inquiry follow-up, proposals, reports, events, and market feedback.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the GCC.
- Generate and qualify leads and conduct meetings and presentations.
- Maintain key-account relationships and follow up on student and partner inquiries.
- Align business development efforts with admissions targets through collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare proposals and reports and track performance against agreed objectives.
- Attend relevant events, represent the organization professionally, and provide market feedback for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated new business development and lead generation skills.
- Strong business and account management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in education, consulting, or related services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional regional languages are advantageous.
- Client-facing comfort, organization, time management, independence, target orientation, and accurate record keeping are required.
