Business Development Executive

The Knowledge Academy is looking for a strong B2B salesperson with GCC market experience to join our team in Dubai.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on developing new business, building relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue across the GCC.

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities across the GCC
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within corporate organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Proven experience selling to corporate clients across the GCC
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation skills
• Demonstrated track record of closing B2B deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Based in the UAE
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Experience in corporate training, Learning & Development (L&D), professional services, or a similar industry is a strong plus.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
