Ossus is hiring its first Business Development employee to help scale its cybersecurity and AI business.
The role owns pipeline, deals, pricing conversations, and the business development playbook for future hires.

About Ossus
Ossus is a Saudi-focused cybersecurity and AI startup building a sovereign compliance and security platform for financial institutions.
The company has closed its Seed round and works with 10 clients.
Who They Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience selling software, cybersecurity, or fintech into KSA financial institutions is ideal.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, hands-on startup environment and building rather than inheriting a function.
- A strong network in the KSA banking, fintech, or government ecosystem is a plus.
What Ossus Offers
- Compensation of 20,000 to 25,000 SAR monthly.
- Meaningful ESOP package for owning the Business Development function.
- Commission on every signed client.
- Direct work with the founders and a fast-growing client base.
Responsibilities
- Own the business development function end to end as the first Business Development hire.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline.
- Own deal execution and pricing conversations.
- Develop the business development playbook for future hires.
- Work directly with the founders and the growing client base.
