QZ Infomatics is a Dubai-based IT consulting firm delivering ERP implementation (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite), field service management (Zuper), AI/security solutions, and Microsoft 365 licensing to clients across the GCC.
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base across the region.
What You'Ll Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across ERP, field service, and Microsoft licensing solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings and product/solution presentations, working closely with our technical team
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial terms in coordination with the delivery team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners across the UAE and wider GCC
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in IT services, ERP, or SaaS
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with ERP/business software solutions is a strong plus
- UAE market experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is an advantage
